Refund Policy

Simple Jotter is designed to be simple to evaluate before subscribing. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

After a subscription payment is processed, refunds are generally limited to accidental renewals, duplicate charges, billing errors, or situations where access to the paid service was not provided. Requests should be made promptly after the charge.

Refund eligibility is reviewed fairly and simply. Contact support@simplejotter.com with the email on your account, the charge date, and a short explanation so we can help quickly.
